Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a licensed counselor in Texas with 19+ years of experience, specializing in crisis intervention and suicide prevention. While I have extensive experience working with individuals involved in the legal system—including those who are incarcerated, recently released, or facing legal challenges—my practice is open to anyone seeking support.
I work with adults from all walks of life who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, or questioning, “Am I normal?” My approach is casual, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, and I tailor each session to meet YOUR individual needs and comfort level. When appropriate, I also find that a sense of humor can be a powerful part of the healing process.
In addition to working with clients facing personal struggles, I also support the families of incarcerated individuals, as well as professionals in high-stress roles; such as law enforcement, correctional officers, attorneys, and first responders.
Reaching out for help takes courage and can feel scary, and I’m glad you’re here. Whether you’re dealing with something specific or just feeling overwhelmed, we can work through it together.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person sessions.
One of the major benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable to them – via video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical way to access professional support for everyday mental health needs.
