Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Maine with over 10 years of professional experience, currently working full-time in a middle school setting. I specialize in working with adolescents and have extensive experience supporting teens through a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, family conflict, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, self-harm, and gender identity exploration.
In my work, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where teens feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe that each person is the expert of their own story and already holds the strengths needed to navigate life’s difficulties. My role is to walk alongside you — or your child — to help uncover those strengths, develop new skills, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
It takes courage to reach out and take those first steps toward change. I’m here to support and empower you on that journey.
