Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who offer online sessions are licensed professionals, and if you decide a different fit would be better you can switch therapists at any time.
