Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome to my site! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting children and families as a school social worker. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for working with educators and parents—those who give so much of themselves to others. I believe that when adults feel supported, balanced, and empowered, they are better able to nurture the well-being of the children and students in their lives.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strength-based. I don’t believe therapy is something done to someone, but rather with them. I aim to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique strengths, experiences, and values.
Life can be challenging, and no one should have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need a space to reflect, I’m here to listen and support you in creating a more meaningful, balanced life.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can choose the format that fits their life best, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to keep regular appointments and to access care when it is most needed.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is desired it is possible to switch therapists at any time.
