Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m Sana, and I am registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I work with range of clients and presentations including depression, anxiety, stress, interpersonal and relationship difficulties. I also support individuals who wish to make meaningful changes in their lives—whether by pursuing a new direction, improving relationships, or addressing barriers that may be limiting their personal or professional growth.
With a strong foundation in mental health research and clinical experience, I utilise a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I understands that no single approach to therapy fits everyone, so I create an individually-tailored approach to meet the unique needs of each person.
My approach is practical, empathetic, and person-centred. I aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental environment where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we explore workable strategies to manage distress, build resilience, and move towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Whether you’re navigating a complex mental health issue or simply looking to make positive changes, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and realign with what matters most to you. I understand that choosing the right therapist is an important decision. If you have any questions or would like to book an appointment, please feel free to contact by phone or email.
