Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and Welcome!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience
serving clients in both Arizona and Texas, where I currently reside. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating significant life challenges, including: Stress and Anxiety, Inner Child Work & Trauma (understanding how what happened to us as children ultimately affects our adult patterns and relationships), Family Conflicts, Grief and Loss, Depression, & Spiritual Guidance.
I believe we humans are so much more than a diagnosis. Seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I commend you for taking this important step towards change. My aim is to support and empower you on your journey, focusing on the holistic connection between mind, body, and soul.
Integrating Spirituality and Mindfulness:
My practice embraces spirituality as a personal journey, distinct from religion, providing a space where you can explore deeper connections in a way that feels right for you. Here’s how I incorporate this approach:
~Personal Spiritual Exploration: Encouraging you to discover and nurture your own spiritual path, whatever that may look like for you.
~Mindful Practices: Incorporating techniques like meditation and mindfulness to help you find peace and clarity.
~Open Conversations: Creating a supportive environment where you can express your spiritual beliefs and aspirations freely and without judgement.
Drawing from The Power of Now:
A foundational element of my therapeutic approach is the wisdom found in Eckhart Tolle’s ‘The Power of Now’. While my work is clinical and evidence-based, I integrate Tolle’s core teachings to help you move beyond the limiting patterns of thought and emotion.
Specifically, we may explore:
~The Present Moment: Learning to anchor your awareness in the “Now,” which is the only place where true change and peace can occur. We’ll practice observing thoughts and emotions without judgment, preventing the mind from pulling you into past regret or future anxiety.
~Ego and “Pain-Body”: Understanding how the ego and accumulated emotional pain (Tolle’s “pain-body”) create suffering. By becoming the observer of these patterns, you can disidentify from them and significantly reduce their hold on your life.
~Inner Peace: Using mindfulness to create an inner spaciousness, allowing you to access a deeper sense of stillness and well-being that is independent of external circumstances.
I can be that safe space for you. Let’s connect!

Jennifer Haller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 15 years of clinical experience serving clients in both Arizona and Texas. She holds licenses in Texas (TX LCSW 115835) and Arizona (AZ LCSW-19016) and currently practices in Texas.
Her work focuses on helping people navigate significant life challenges, including stress and anxiety, inner child work and trauma – exploring how childhood experiences influence adult patterns and relationships – family conflicts, grief and loss, depression, addictions, intimacy-related issues, self-esteem concerns, compassion fatigue, and coping with life changes.
Jennifer approaches therapy with the belief that a person is more than a diagnosis. She acknowledges the courage it takes to pursue a more satisfying and happier life and aims to support and empower clients through that process, attending to the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul.
Spirituality in her practice is offered as a personal, non-religious exploration rather than organized religion. She encourages clients to discover their own spiritual path, incorporates mindfulness and meditation techniques to cultivate clarity and calm, and maintains an open, nonjudgmental space for conversations about belief and meaning.
Jennifer also draws on the teachings of Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now as a complementary influence in her clinical work, using those ideas to help clients focus on the present moment, observe thought and emotion without judgment, understand how ego and accumulated emotional pain can perpetuate suffering, and develop practices that foster inner stillness and well-being.
She strives to be a safe, steady presence for people ready to begin change and invites prospective clients to reach out and connect.
Many people ask whether virtual therapy can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
All therapists working in this format are licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch therapists if you want a different fit. Online therapy can be an accessible, practical way to begin or continue mental health work while accommodating the realities of everyday life.
