Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in old patterns? Struggling to heal from past trauma or navigating complex relationship challenges? You’re not alone, and meaningful change is possible.
I have extensive experience working with individual and couples, helping clients struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship and intimacy issues, trauma and complex PTSD — especially those who have experienced a series of painful or overwhelming life events. I also work with issues like low self-worth, emotional disconnection, grief, anger, addictive patterns, and the challenges that come with navigating relational ruptures, separation, and reconnection.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that therapy is a space to gently explore what’s beneath the surface. I work relationally to help you feel safe, seen, and supported so you can begin to rewrite your story, reconnect with your sense of self, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I offer a compassionate and collaborative space to explore your experiences, helping you reconnect with your inner strength and rewrite your narrative.
Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but it’s a courageous move towards a more fulfilling life. I’m here to support you on that journey.
I’m a psychologist, alongside my private practice I work within the NHS’s Complex Needs Pathway in Adult Mental Health Services. Alongside my clinical work as an associate lecturer in psychology.
