Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Christie, a licensed mental health counselor with experience in community mental health clinics and in schools, supporting individuals from childhood through adulthood. My passion lies in working with young adults and women navigating the challenges of adulthood, identity, relationships, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-achieving and introspective—motivated to change but feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
I take a person-centered approach to therapy because I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role isn’t to give you all the answers but to walk alongside you as you explore what feels right for you. I also incorporate aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), helping clients recognize how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—and how small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change.
I believe in treating the whole person. Our challenges rarely stem from just one source—they are shaped by everything from our relationships and environment to our beliefs, habits, and past experiences. Sometimes, real change comes not just from shifting our mindset but from setting boundaries, changing our surroundings, or learning to accept what we can’t control. Therapy is about untangling these complexities, finding clarity, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what you need.
I know that life doesn’t come with a roadmap, and sometimes we just need space to gain perspective and reconnect with ourselves. If you’re looking for a collaborative, supportive space to explore what’s next, I’d love to help.

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly makes a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A significant benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that feels best for them, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are offered by licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health concerns, online therapy provides an accessible and effective pathway to support.
