Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi There!
Having lived through a number of difficult experiences I understand the challenges in continuing to share your vulnerabilities with the world. These experiences lead us to hide our pain thinking it will be easier if others cannot see them. In reality, each time we hide our pain we dismiss a part of ourselves that is aching to be seen. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri and Colorado, and a Women’s Empowerment Life Coach, I understand the importance of guiding women towards their internal strengths, building trust, and exploring their personal authenticity.
My work is centered in supporting women through the twists and turns of self-discovery. In working with me, women discover and rediscover parts of themselves that they have buried, lost, or are unknown. I focus on education, elevation, and empowerment. Through my work women are encouraged to take control, reclaim their inherent freedom, and cultivate support that lights a path to the new woman they are becoming.
My eclectic approach entwines 12 years of education and experience to help you identify obstacles in your life while steering you towards your goals. I specialize in issues related to anxiety, family conflict, relationship challenges, self-esteem, communication and trauma.
As a clinician, my journey has afforded me three key insights; a better understanding of the human condition, how trauma can impact our perceptions of our capabilities, and that the human spirit is resilient beyond imaginable belief. Reach out to me if you are ready to begin your unique journey to healing.
**Scheduling: Currently I have availability on Mondays and Tuesdays late mornings/early afternoon. Please be aware of this before moving forward. Periodically their will be other availability. For potential clients outside of the continental US, if you do not see a preferred time, please make contact.

Arianna Williams draws on her own experience with hardship to create a therapeutic space where vulnerability is respected rather than hidden. She understands how people often tuck away their pain thinking it will be easier if others cannot see it, and she helps clients acknowledge and tend to those parts of themselves that are aching to be seen.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in both Colorado and Missouri and a Women’s Empowerment Life Coach, Arianna centers her work on guiding women through self-discovery, rebuilding trust, and reconnecting with their authentic strengths. Her approach emphasizes education, elevation, and empowerment so women can reclaim their sense of freedom and move toward the person they are becoming.
With eight years of clinical experience, Arianna specializes in supporting people facing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, trauma and abuse, low self-esteem, parenting concerns, depression, and coping with life changes. She combines an eclectic set of therapeutic tools to identify obstacles and help clients work toward meaningful goals.
Arianna’s clinical journey has led her to three core beliefs: a deepened understanding of the human condition, an awareness of how trauma can alter self-perception, and a conviction in the resilience of the human spirit. Prospective clients are invited to reach out when they are ready to begin their own path to healing.
Scheduling: Arianna currently has availability on Mondays and Tuesdays in the late morning to early afternoon. She occasionally posts other openings; for prospective clients outside the continental United States who do not find a preferred time, she asks that they make contact to explore options.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One major advantage of remote care is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access help from different locations.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients can request a different therapist at any time if they prefer another fit. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, effective route to support and progress on their mental health journey.
