Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have 7 years of experience in child welfare and with that experience I have witnessed many family stories of trauma, racism and environmental and social injustices that have negatively impacted one’s family structure and well-being. This experience has influenced my desire to become a clinician so that I can support the healing process and provide a service for individuals who need support through life-altering experiences, anxiety, depression and/or challenges that are difficult to navigate. Much of my experience comes from working with clients to understand the root of the underlying issue and creating feasible goals and plans to mitigate those concerns, with the overall goal to enhance the well-being, safety and quality of life for my client. I believe in a collaborative client-centered approach, which allows the client to have an active role in the therapeutic journey. I also believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. As a clinician, I aim to cultivate a safe and non-judgmental environment for processing experiences achieving goals and empowering self. I hope to be the support that is needed to understand the cause of any distress and assist in implementing strategies that will improve the overall quality of life. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is desired it is possible to switch therapists at any time.
