Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California for 13 years. My professional experiences are vast, much like the fabrics of a quilt. I have experience working within the legal system, mental health, (inpatient/outpatient), and medical/hospital. Working within these systems has allowed for a better understanding of the human condition at its best and its greatest need.
My approach to therapy is simple, I believe that you are the expert of your story. You bring many wonderful strengths that we will use to empower you to overcome what is challenging you. It takes great courage to embark on this journey and I’m so glad you are here.
Take care!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and if a different fit is desired, clients may switch therapists at any time.
