I’m here to be an empathetic ear, a calm and secure presence, an alternative perspective, and an open mind. Let’s discover your ideal life and optimal wellness together.

For many of the common concerns people bring to therapy – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best: through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would better meet their needs.
