Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Dr. Linda Chamberlain, a Licensed Psychologist and Certified Addiction Professional. I’ve been a practicing psychotherapist for over 40 years working with a wide range of populations and concerns. I know that making an initial contact with a therapist can be challenging. Congratulations on taking the first step! If we decide to work together, I’ll want to get a deeper understanding of who you are and what’s brought you here, how we can best work together, and your goals and aspirations . I value the unique perspective and experience that you bring to our collaboration. I’ll want to find out about you and what you’re hoping for when we begin therapy and invite you to ask me any questions you have. Building trust is so important to our relationship. I have experience and expertise that can be of help to you, but you are the expert on you. My job is to assist you in becoming the person you most want to be.
I use various approaches to therapy including humanistic/existential perspectives, cognitive approaches, Buddhist psychology, and mindfulness techniques. My job is to find out what is most helpful in assisting you to reach your goals. Change and personal growth is often challenging and sometimes extraordinarily difficult, but the transformation that can occur is so valuable. I have been honored to witness people emerge from the fear and suffering that constrains them and become more of the person they long to be. Therapy is the journey toward your better self. I am always delighted when I have the opportunity to be a companion, consultant, and guide in that process.
I look forward to getting acquainted and to our work together. I’m ready when you are….

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can produce meaningful results. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and transitions in life – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary advantages of remote therapy is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that best fits their needs and schedule, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapy into daily life.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, effective way to pursue mental health and personal growth without sacrificing the quality of care.
