Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Arizona with 20 years of professional experience working in healthcare. Specifically, mental/behavioral health, psychotherapy, care coordination/case management, and professional coaching and mentoring. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. As a social worker I have been trained to conduct a comprehensive history and assessment in order to understand both the individual and environmental factors impacting one’s struggles. In my practice I commit to listen, empower, and help identify and leverage individual strengths in developing a plan to tackle disruptive thought and behavior patterns.
I have specific experience working with the United States Veteran population. I have completed training in many Evidence Based Practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Ultimately, I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Exploring therapy takes courage; I am proud of you for doing so, and if we are a good fit I look forward to getting to know you better and supporting you on this journey.
