Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I particularly enjoy working with adults, couples and families. Throughout my career I have supported clients as they dealt with and overcame issues with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, co-occurring disorders, bereavement and anger problems.
My counseling approach and theoretical orientation is person-centered. I believe that providing my clients with a safe, supportive and encouraging environment will assist them in their life journey and in accomplishing their goals. As all individuals are different and require various ways of being supported, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as needed.
My role as a therapist is to meet you where you are, support and guide you through your journey in life. Together, in a supportive environment, we can work towards creating a healthier and happier life for you!

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It offers a practical option for people seeking accessible support without sacrificing quality of care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their needs and schedule, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain regular work on mental health while balancing other responsibilities.
Therapy provided online is delivered by licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides an effective and convenient route to getting the help they want.
