Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years experience focused on working with individuals, couples and families. I work with individuals of all ages including parents of toddlers struggling with behavior management to adolescents struggling with self-esteem, bullying, family/interpersonal relationship issues, to adults coping with life transitions, work and family stressors, and relationship issues. I work with families struggling to navigate through life while finding a balance that is supportive to all family members.
It is my belief that all members play a significant role in the family and therefore will benefit from working together to strengthen and support the family system. I utilize CBT and supportive and strengths based therapy with adolescents and adults and family based therapy with couples and families.
I have a true passion for this work and strive to create an open, non-judgemental, safe environment where all clients feel respected, listened to and understood. I adapt my techniques to each individual and family. I love watching as individuals and families recognize and embrace their maximum potential moving toward a more positive and fulfilling future. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for making yourself a priority!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most cases.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their needs and schedule, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and effective way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
