Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an LCSW, licensed in Colorado and Oregon, with 5 years of professional work experience. I have a background in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, grief & sleeping disorders. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I am a huge advocate of animal assisted therapy, and have two therapy dogs, Lily and Maggie, that I have been using in practice for almost 7 years.
I love learning about new modalities, and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Polyvagal Theory is one of my favorite ways to explain trauma and memory.
I enjoy discussing therapies and approaches, and am always up for a good conversation!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that best fits their needs, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to attend sessions without rearranging work or family obligations.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and if someone prefers a different match they can switch therapists at any time. Remote therapy offers an accessible way to pursue support while maintaining a consistent therapeutic relationship that fits into modern life.
