Many people wonder whether online therapy truly helps. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the adjustments that come with life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and individuals may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
