I am a Humanistic Counsellor (MBACP) and my approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity and the belief in my client’s capacity to grow and heal. My aim is for us to explore your experiences together so you can move forward with greater emotional resilience in your life to meet your challenges head on in the future.
I work with with adults in both long and short term therapy. I will support you at your own pace in times of change in exploring a range of issues such as: depression, anxiety, bereavement, low self esteem and through life transitions. I also work with those who may not come with a specific diagnosis but are seeking a space for greater clarity, emotional support and a space for reflection. I have a specific interest in working with those coming from a creative arts background as I understand the unique pressures and emotional challenges that can arise when working in this field.
