Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I feel that therapy is about building a trusting relationship with a person, helping them outline what they’re looking for, and finding a way to get there. I have a master’s degree in counseling and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana.
I have experience working with specific diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and more. More often, though, I work with those who just have “problems,” as everyone does at times. Emotional instability, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, addiction, career exploration, anger management, and sexual dysfunction are just a few such problems. I feel it is my duty to “work myself out of a job” – I want to help you build the tools and support network to reach your goals and sustain your progress with as much or as little support as you need.
Basically, you tell me what you’re looking for, and we’ll work together to get you there!

Many people wonder whether ongoing help via the internet can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to offer outcomes comparable to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many individuals facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy can be a convenient and effective avenue for support.
