In addition, I have worked in the correctional health care and hospital setting with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD and substance abuse issues.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, it is important to allow you to have a safe space to share your narrative/experiences and provide you a different perspective in order for you to identify healthy coping skills to implement in your day to day life. As a therapist, it is important to help you understand how your experiences affect the way you feel and the decisions you make. As a therapist, it is important to help you understand how your experiences affect the way you feel and the decisions you make. Therapy can be scary at first, because you have to share and be vulnerable. I want to let you know, I am not here to judge you, but rather be an empathetic listener.

For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions. This makes it a viable option for many people seeking support.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of communication that feels most comfortable, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options helps therapy fit into busy schedules and everyday routines.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would like a different match. For many common mental health and life concerns, online therapy provides an accessible, flexible way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work.
