Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
I’m a UK-based counsellor with five years of professional experience, including two years supporting clients across the globe through BetterHelp.
Throughout my work, I’ve walked alongside people navigating a wide range of life’s challenges—stress and anxiety, low mood and depression, grief and loss, relationship and parenting concerns, and struggles with self-esteem and confidence.
My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and deep listening. I don’t see therapy as giving advice—I see it as holding space. I believe you already carry a wisdom within you. My role is to help you access it, especially when life feels overwhelming or unclear.
The things you bring to therapy are deeply personal, and I honour that. Whatever you’re carrying, you won’t be met with judgment here—only kindness, curiosity, and a commitment to walk beside you, to try and see things through your lens, and to hold space for you.
Reaching out takes real courage, and I don’t take that lightly. I won’t offer quick fixes, but I will support you in finding your own way forward—at your pace, in your own time.
If you’re here, wondering whether to begin, know that you’ve already taken a brave and meaningful first step. I see that. And I hope we’ll have the opportunity to take a few more steps together.
hope to see you soon
Graham

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from different locations.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be helpful. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and effective way to work on emotional and relational concerns while maintaining convenience and continuity of care.
