Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama with over 16 years of experience. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children as well as couples and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting problems, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is laid back and interactive as I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused counseling. I will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My approach is to help individuals achieve their goals by identifying their strengths and what coping skills can be the most beneficial.
I work very hard to ensure that every person feels safe and comfortable in each session. Counseling continues to have a stigma that doesn’t allow everyone to feel free to talk about their thoughts and feelings. My hope is that you can feel empowered and more in control of your situation.
You have taken the first step in becoming a healthier and happier person and I look forward to helping you in anyway I can!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit counseling into a busy schedule or during life changes.
Licensed professionals offer care through these remote options, and individuals have the option to change therapists if they need a better fit. Online therapy can therefore provide an accessible, convenient path to support while maintaining the therapeutic elements that matter most to progress and wellbeing.
