My name is Lynette Pitre and I am a licensed professional counselor in Louisiana. I have worked in the helping field for 20+ years. During my career I have been fortunate to work with a myriad of individuals. My experience includes working in psychiatric hospitals, nursing homes, out-patient clinics, and at a private practice. I have helped individuals manage their depression, anxiety, and anger. I have helped people overcome the struggles of living with ADHD. Also, I have aided those who have bipolar or postpartum depression.
My counseling approach is solution focused which is often integrated with CBT. I see us working as a team to accomplish the goals you want to reach. Together we will identify strengths and develop those strengths into tools that will get you through a variety of life’s challenges.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy is often found to be comparably effective to traditional in-person care.
An important benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit regular therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For everyday concerns and typical life challenges, online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to get support and work toward your goals.
