Brett Campbell is an integrative psychotherapist who tailors therapy to each person’s needs and preferences. Trained across Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural approaches, Brett combines these methods to create a bespoke therapeutic process.
She is a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and offers a non-judgemental, listening presence to help with life’s difficulties. Her priority is to provide a safe and supportive space where people can explore what is distressing them or holding them back.
Brett aims to build a trusting, collaborative relationship so that client and therapist can work together on the issues at hand. She brings warmth and acceptance to sessions and believes that a respectful, cooperative connection is central to therapeutic change.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Those seeking support should note that therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would like a different fit.
