Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Kate.
I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor in the UK with over 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of different issues such as stress, anxiety, bereavement self-esteem and depression.
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert on yourself so our sessions will always be at a pace that suits you – to empower you to find your own remedy or solution to your issues. I hope to offer you a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect to who you are and not what or who you think you should be. I see you as a whole person and not in terms of a diagnosis or a label – I accept you as you are.
I do also incorporate CBT into my counselling practice which is interested in the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Once we establish how to best support you in moving forward, we will collaborate together in taking those much needed steps towards a happier and much more fulfilled you.
If you feel this speaks to you, I look forward to hearing from you soon!
Kate.

Kate Turner is a fully qualified person-centred counsellor based in the United Kingdom with over 4 years of professional experience.
She has supported people facing a range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, bereavement, self-esteem and depression.
Working from a person-centred perspective, Kate believes each person is the expert on their own life, so sessions proceed at a pace that suits the individual – with the aim of empowering them to find their own solutions.
She aims to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with who they are rather than who they think they should be, and she treats each person as a whole rather than applying labels or diagnoses.
Kate also integrates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) into her practice, exploring how thoughts, feelings and behaviours interact. Once the best way to move forward is identified, she works collaboratively with clients to take those necessary steps toward a more content and fulfilled life.
If this approach feels right, Kate Turner looks forward to hearing from you.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the way of connecting that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapy is provided by licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed clients are able to switch therapists at any time.
