As a therapist, my aim is to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, what they mean and how they relate to your present day struggles and challenges. My role is to guide you as you take steps toward positive life changes, healing and a healthy mind. You have made an important choice for your self-starting the process of exploring what brings you distress and wanting relief. We all have benefit from having someone to share our feelings with and help us make sense of the stresses we face. The treatment approaches that I use are evidence based treatments such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Solution Focused Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
