Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and a warm welcome. My name is Roxana and I am an empathic and friendly counsellor.
I run a private practice in SL1 and SL5 area. My special interest and experience includes working with displaced people and finding identity in a foreign country and females victims of domestic violence. I also have experience of working with bereavement and loss (terminal illness and careers), miscarriage, stillbirth and workplace challenges (stress and relationships).
I have a Psychology degree from Romania and graduated in 2007 and since then I’ve gained experience of working as a therapist and psychologist with a range of mental health services including schools and psychiatric units in hospitals. My clients were children and adults of all ages, coming from different backgrounds.
I moved to the UK in 2009 and qualified as an integrative counsellor in 2015. I’ve continued my career within the private sector and for various organisations offering emotional support.
My belief is that working together, we can find unhelpful patterns of behaviour and explore how thoughts and feelings attached to them, influence actions. I further believe that setting healthy boundaries and goals is the key to good relationships and rebuilding self-esteem. I will support you on your journey to self-awareness and growth by offering you acceptance and honesty.
Please feel free to contact me and make enquiries.
