Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About me
Hello, I’m Ian and I am a qualified male counsellor. My approach is to offer you a safe environment, free from judgement to discuss whatever you wish and together we can work towards your goals. I have a background of working in different environments, and worked with small to large teams for all my working life. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
I work as a person centered therapist. I also use CBT techniques. This means I can help create an environment where you can bring whatever you like into the therapy room. I will not judge you, and you can speak freely. Together we can work towards your goals.
My hours are flexible and I work mornings, afternoons and evenings with weekend appointments available

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of remote sessions is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to schedule and maintain therapy alongside work, family, and other commitments.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and it is possible to change therapists if someone feels a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, effective route to getting support when and how they need it.
