My role in the room is to support clients to explore what is going on for them, leading to a deeper level of awareness and while encouraging clients draw upon their inner resources to overcome and achieve their desired outcomes. All sessions are client lead and at a pace that suits the client’s needs.
I see all clients as individuals and unique, holding the potential to be able to develop greater self-awareness, realizing your potential and persisting the ability to achieve your desired outcome. Whether that being around letting go, moving forward or connecting with ones yourself I aim to support clients in that process. I offer clients a friendly, warm space to discuss anything and everything, free from judgment. Clients are encouraged to be their authentic selves and to explore both internal and external conflicts.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or coping with life changes, online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it much easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy provides a practical way to access professional support while accommodating individual preferences and schedules.
