Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a registered therapeutic counsellor and i have been training and working in the counselling field since 2014. I am passionate about delivering client centered support that empowers individuals and enables them to make informed decisions to help them move forward in their lives.
My counselling approach is rooted in the belief that the client is ultimately the expert in their own lives, and to facilitate this we will work as a partnership throughout. The space will be one of no judgment, empathy and with a non directive approach. The emphasis will be to work in the here and now, keeping in mind that past events can be triggered by present events.
I work with the whole person, this would include exploring belief systems, examining self-beliefs and whether they remain true today. The impact of the world we live in and how this connects to the presenting issues and beyond
I am here to support you towards making the first brave step towards change.

For many common concerns — such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes — online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
The convenience of remote sessions can help maintain continuity of support when schedules or circumstances change.
Each therapist you work with is a licensed professional, and you have the option to switch therapists at any time if you would prefer a different fit.
