Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Xuexiang Liang and I am a registered member of BACP. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, personal growth.
I primarily use Person-Centered Therapy that focus on the unique needs of the individual, combined with Solution-focused skills. My working style is warm and empathetic; non judgmental, a good listener and easy to talk to. I believe in clients have their inner resources to construct uniquely solutions to their problems when they can feel it is a safe space for them to be heard and validated with unconditional regard and non-judgement, and I don’t believe in stigmatising labels. Counseling is an empowering experience. We might feel low self-esteem or self-worth, and don’t trust ourselves sometimes. This is the point where counseling can help us learn to believe in ourselves again.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I look forward to working with you!

For many of the most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy can be just as helpful as traditional face-to-face sessions. Research and practice have shown that these formats can effectively support people working through everyday mental health challenges.
One major benefit is flexibility. Online therapy lets you connect in the way that suits you best – by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit sessions around work, family or other commitments.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online work can provide a convenient, accessible route to consistent support while addressing a wide range of personal and interpersonal concerns.
