Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Corinna, I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I offer a warm, compassionate, and confidential space to work collaboratively to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours at a pace that works for you.
I understand how daunting it can be to access support and express your thoughts and feelings, and will take the time to listen with respect, to build a trusting therapeutic relationship in a confidential and safe space. My therapy style is warm and compassionate to support and empower you to understand what is contributing to your current difficulties.
I have worked for the NHS for the past 19 years, the last 12 years being in mental health in a variety of support and administration roles. I currently work as a counsellor in a GP surgery and have also worked as a placement counsellor for the charity Mind. In these roles I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse. Prior to this I worked as a Young Persons Mentor with a local authority.
I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development and have recently completed a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy qualification to enhance my skills and knowledge.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility. People can connect in the way that suits them best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online support are licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different fit would be better they can switch therapists at any time.
