Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I became a therapist because earlier in my life therapy helped me through anxiety and an eating disorder. So I know what it feels like on the other side too! I believe deeply in the therapeutic process and I am living proof that healing and recovery can change your life for the better.
Working with me, we will create a space where you can feel totally safe to open up all the issues affecting you, discuss them and explore them and hopefully help you find the clarity and direction for you to move forward in a positive way.
My therapy is unique to every individual. My 12 years of experience has proved that everyone is different and comes with different problems so my approach is to work in an integrative way meaning that I combine different approaches from my experience to help to create the best outcome for each individual client.
My areas of specialisation include dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse plus working with people suffering grief and depression. I am also experienced in addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, intimacy-related issues, eating disorders, sleeping disorders, anger management, self esteem, career difficulties, bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, coaching and compassion fatigue.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients are free to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
