Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Rev. Tyrone D. McDuffie Jr., Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, New Mexico, and Washington, and founder of Counseling Care Center. I bring over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, with a focus on stress management, anger management, trauma recovery, and faith-based counseling.
As a U.S. Army veteran and Rev. in the AME Church, I understand both the struggles and strengths that come with service, faith, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and practical—I believe in giving clients the tools they need, not just “talk therapy,” so that growth and healing become real and lasting.
I am also a certified stress management, anger management, and sleep management instructor, and I’ve had the privilege of leading workshops and training programs for over 10 years. Whether through one-on-one counseling, group classes, or faith-based support, my goal is to meet clients where they are and guide them toward balance, resilience, and renewed hope.
I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey of healing helping you move forward with confidence, strength, and peace.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to stay consistent with treatment.
All sessions are conducted by licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they want a different match. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical way to address everyday mental health concerns while maintaining continuity of care.
