Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! My name is Tammy Gibson, LPC, NCC. Over the last 19 years I have worked in non-profit and the school system as a teacher but most recently as a school counselor. It is my passion to help others! I offer counseling to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, self-esteem issues, and general life transitions through a strength-based approach using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques (in other words learning how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected) and person-centered therapy. Your journey to peace, contentment ,and a more fulfilling life doesn’t have to be a lonely walk. We can do it together. Having done this work myself on my own personal journey, I am ready to meet you where you are. Seeking help in life’s tougher moments can sometimes be overwhelming, but you are taking the first step! You will be met with genuine empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a whole lot of grace!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients can switch providers if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical way to work on mental health and life challenges with a qualified therapist.
