Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome!
For the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s many challenges, transitions, and healing journeys. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs — because I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path to growth.
My approach is compassionate, welcoming, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported- whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking greater self-understanding. Counseling with me is a collaborative process: you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to walk alongside you with care and clinical insight.
Depending on your goals, I may incorporate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, or psychodynamic exploration. My work with children often includes expressive and play-based techniques, while with teens and adults, I offer both short-term, goal-oriented tools and deeper emotional work, depending on what feels most helpful.
I understand that starting counseling can feel scary. Reaching out for help, especially when you’re overwhelmed, uncertain, or hurting, takes courage. It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure. But taking that first step is a powerful act of self-care. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to begin.
Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring what matters to you and finding the tools and insights that help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life. If you’re considering counseling, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this part of your journey.

If someone is considering counseling, Julie invites them to reach out and explore whether working together would be a good fit.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to schedule and maintain consistent care.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if someone decides a different therapeutic fit is needed, they are able to switch therapists at any time. For many, online therapy provides an accessible, practical option for addressing everyday mental health concerns and life transitions.
