Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Sarah!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I have been in the mental health field for 16 years, and I am now in my second year of providing telehealth therapy full time for women and children/adolescents, which has allowed me to expand my reach and help clients in new and meaningful ways.
I am also a wife and mom, which helps me relate to the challenges of balancing personal, family, and professional life. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to take the step of seeking counseling for yourself–but I can assure you, it’s well worth the time and effort.
While I don’t have a magic wand, I am known for being a compassionate listener, reliable, approachable, and easy to talk to. I draw on training and experience across multiple therapeutic approaches, always tailoring treatment to your unique needs.
I have experience working with clients navigating, but not limited to: Stress and anxiety, Trauma and abuse, Grief and loss, Depression, Motivation, Self-esteem, and Confidence. As a TBRI Practitioner, I also have specialized training in trauma and bring personal perspective as a foster/adoptive parent, which allows me to support individuals who have experienced significant life challenges.
If faith is an important part of your life, I welcome the opportunity to incorporate your personal faith into our work together.
My counseling philosophy is grounded in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe it takes great courage to reach out for help, and I am here to support and empower you as you take steps toward growth, healing, and a more fulfilling life.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist remotely can truly help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes – online therapy is generally as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose how to connect in the way that fits their life best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to include therapy in a busy schedule or when in-person visits are not practical.
All therapists providing online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch providers at any time if they need a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical, adaptable option for accessing professional support without changing the core goals or methods of care.
