Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I’m so glad you reached out, that’s usually the hardest step! My name is Andrea and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Minnesota with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field. I have spent over 10 years in a therapist/counselor role at a recovery center for women and their families. I have worked with clients of all ages as they deal with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, family dynamics, grief/loss, life transitions, and trauma. In all of my therapeutic relationships, I strive to help my clients feel connected, supported, validated and empowered.
My clients have described my style as warm, compassionate and non-judgmental. My goal is to ‘meet you where you are at’ and to honor your life experiences. I combine person-centered, humanistic and cognitive-behavioral aspects in counseling as well as other evidence-based practices when necessary. Our conversations and your treatment plan will be personalized to meet your specific needs and goals.
I look forward to working with you. Thank you for entrusting me with your care!

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One key advantage is convenience – clients can connect in the format that fits their life, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to schedule regular appointments and maintain continuity of care.
Each participating therapist is a licensed professional, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they are seeking a different therapeutic fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to engage with qualified clinicians while preserving the personalized nature of counseling.
