Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed counselor with over 25 years experience in providing therapy. My areas of knowledge include grief and trauma therapy, treatment for anxiety and depression, and issues for LGBTQ+ individuals. I believe in the life transforming power of mindfulness and also employ dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic process, and Rogerian theory which focuses on empathy and unconditional positive regard from the therapist to the client. My focus as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate space in which a person can gain self knowledge, self compassion and kindness. Each person is unique and my goal is to provide individualized treatment and support to each person I work with. I welcome the opportunity and the privilege of providing guidance and support to each person on their journey of self discovery and healing.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their routines and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to keep consistent appointments and to integrate therapy into a busy life.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different therapeutic fit. Online therapy offers an accessible route to professional support for many everyday mental health concerns.
