Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there. I am a Psychologist, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 28 years of experience working with people of all ages. My work has included outpatient and inpatient settings. My clients have had a variety of concerns, such as coping issues, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and abuse issues, just to name a few.
Helping others is my passion. I firmly believe that the reason therapy works (yes it does!) is primarily because of the trusting relationship between the therapist and the client. For this reason, I make it a priority that my clients understand that they are valued and are safe. My strength is showing compassion, support and respect to the people I work with. I use a variety of approaches in my practice, because I try to find what works for that particular person. I assess my client’s strengths and use those to help improve areas that need to be strengthened.
It is not easy to reach out for help. I applaud you and I sincerely hope that I get the opportunity to help you address your concerns.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, evidence indicates that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
An important benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that best fits their needs, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to maintain consistency and fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and practical way to receive professional support for everyday mental health concerns.
