Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Throughout my experience, my clients have struggled with fear of the unknown; had difficulty getting started or knowing where to begin; have experienced uncertainty about a new life phase or change, whether expected or unexpected; and have questioned their purpose, goals, roles, or relationships; and ultimately we walked together as they found empowerment and strategies to overcome these challenges. My intention is to help you do the same.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with ten years experience in a variety of roles helping families through parenting issues, and three years of dedicated counseling experience specifically focusing on clinical issues. I received my M.Ed. in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University in 2016, and made a career change to become a counselor. While I have spent time as an administrator and consultant in mental health facilities, my clinical counseling focus is anxiety/ depression, motivational issues, parenting struggles, trauma and PTSD, family issues, and substance abuse and recovery. Within my experience as a substance abuse counselor, I have worked with veterans, other counselors, individuals, groups, and families to understand, approach, and maintain a life of recovery. Having provided therapy and administrative services in the world of adolescent mental health, I have significant experience helping parents to understand and empower their child through difficult times. Through counseling and consultation, I have also provided workshops and trainings for business professionals looking to improve the effectiveness of and cohesion in their professional team.
My approach combines a person-centered approach with cognitive and reality therapy in order to let you be the expert about your life. My goal is to understand where you feel “stuck,” help you to envision what you want for your life and where you’re trying to go, collaborate with you to develop the necessary steps, and provide the counseling along the way to help you achieve your vision.

For many common concerns—stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions—online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice indicate that these types of issues often respond well to virtual treatment just as they do face-to-face.
One of the main advantages of meeting with a therapist online is flexibility. People can choose the mode of communication that best fits their routines and comfort level, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists if they feel a different match would be more helpful. For many individuals, online therapy offers a practical, effective way to access professional support and maintain ongoing progress toward their goals.
