Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
You found my page, so you must be looking for someone to help you navigate the stormy seas of life. Perhaps you have experienced trauma or an event in your life you just can’t seem to ‘get over.’ Perhaps you feel ashamed, depressed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck. My passion is to help people just like you – people who want to move forward in their journey toward hope and healing. You have courageously taken the first step, and I would be honored to walk along side you as you progress in your journey.
I want to help you learn to connect with others and yourself in a way that moves you forward and motivates you to create the life you envision, and begin to heal the things in your life that have led to feeling disconnected. This can take a variety of strategies and techniques, but they all start with a foundation of feeling heard and understood. The counseling relationship is the basis by which you begin to experience greater connection with others and yourself. For some, a specific technique or “theory” is important; however, for most, it is knowing that the person with whom you work cares and is able to make that connection with you.
I have my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. I have experience working with a vast number of mental health concerns and diagnoses, but I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, others, and resolve any trauma (or events, attitudes, behaviors, or beliefs) that may hinder someone from true authenticity and the ability to connect.

Adrianne Beach is a Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of clinical experience who practices in Texas. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and is licensed to provide professional counseling in both Colorado and Texas.
She works with people who have faced trauma or life events that feel impossible to move past, as well as those who feel ashamed, depressed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck. Her work is driven by a commitment to help individuals move toward hope and restoration, and she welcomes the opportunity to accompany clients through their healing process.
Adrianne aims to help clients reconnect with themselves and others in ways that support forward movement and align with the life they want to build. Her interventions may use a variety of strategies and techniques, but they all begin with creating a space where a person feels heard and understood. Adrianne views the counseling relationship as the foundation for increased connection and emotional growth; while some clients prioritize specific techniques, many find that having a therapist who truly cares and can forge that connection is what makes the difference.
Her areas of focus include stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, self-esteem concerns, depression, compassion fatigue, addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, grief, intimacy-related issues, parenting difficulties, career challenges, bipolar disorder, and coping with life changes. Adrianne brings practical experience and a compassionate approach to supporting clients as they work toward greater authenticity and healthier relationships.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience support its value for these kinds of issues.
One major benefit is convenience. People can choose the format that fits their needs and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to schedule care around work, family, and other responsibilities.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients have the option to change therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. This flexibility helps people find the support that works for them while keeping therapy accessible within everyday life.
