With Open Heart I Wish Greetings to All,
I pride myself on meeting clients “where they are at” by initially providing much needed support and relief. Following is one of my favorite quote’s – “One CAN walk over the highest mountain one step at a time.” I assist you in defining your “goal” and taking your “first small step.”
I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington with over 25 years of experience in the psychocounseling field and as a life coach. I have successfully helped clients navigate such issues as depression, stress, anxiety, grief and loss (to include the loss of a pet), eating disorders (to include weight loss surgery and management), trauma, ADD and ADHD and coping with life changes. I appreciate that every client is unique. To that end, I approach each of you with warmth, caring, and support. I have used many proven therapeutic techniques over the years such as Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and more to assist you to reach your desired goals. Many people ask whether online therapy can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed clients can switch therapists at any time. For many individuals, remote sessions offer a practical and effective option for working toward mental health goals.
