Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
The way we move through the world has a lot to do with who we are and who were evolving to be. Our experiences, often contribute into our decision making, more than we realize. When we live with unhealed trauma, our hurt often displays as anger, depression, and low confidence. I strongly believe that representation matters and equitable mental health is necessary.
I am a licensed therapist, with more than 7 years of experience as a therapist and 12 years in mental health. I work with my clients at their pace to discover challenges, explore various origins/triggers, and assist them in creating tools to evolve those behaviors, into healthy relationships and confidence.“One size fits all” therapy is not for me, or for you! I strongly believe in creating safe spaces where vulnerability is both respected and acknowledged. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
You may have wondered why therapy often seems like it’s only meant for a specific demographic. I am here to ensure you that if you have been lost in the struggle, that beginning therapy may be exactly what you’ve been searching for. If you’ve been considering therapy and don’t know where to start, let’s work together to create what you envision for your life.

Noelle Carson is a Georgia-based licensed counselor, holding a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor credential (LPC) with license number LPC013801. She brings eight years of experience as a therapist and twelve years working in the field of mental health.
She approaches therapy with the view that past experiences influence present choices, and that unhealed trauma often shows up as anger, depression, or low self-confidence. She works at each client’s pace to identify difficulties, explore origins and triggers, and build practical tools to transform unhealthy patterns into healthier relationships and increased confidence.
Noelle does not use a one-size-fits-all model. She aims to create a respectful space where vulnerability is acknowledged, and she tailors interventions to fit the individual rather than applying a single approach to everyone.
Her areas of focus include stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, self-esteem, depression, coping with life changes, addictions, relationships and family concerns, grief, parenting, bipolar disorder, coaching, and ADHD. She practices as a therapist of color, is a female therapist, and identifies as Christian. She emphasizes the importance of representation and equitable access to mental health care.
