Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Jessica Kelley. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Alabama. I started working in psychiatric hospital settings at age 18 and have loved helping people ever since! I graduated from California Baptist University in 2013. I have worked in several states as I transfer with my enlisted-military husband and our two children.
Most of my counseling experience has been in high-crisis settings with adolescents, young adults, and their families. I have worked with families and individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, psychosis, abuse/neglect, parenting struggles, stress, and relationship conflicts.
I would describe my approach as supportive, empathetic, warm, goal oriented, and client centered. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution focused therapy, Motivational interviewing, Christian/Biblical counseling, and life coaching approaches in sessions but my personal style is very laid-back and genuine. I don’t throw fancy academic language around or spout off terminology that most people don’t use, but I will be real; a real person who really cares!
I won’t tell you what to do, but I will give you feedback, suggestions, and perspective to help you make the best decisions for you and your situation. I encourage my clients to be vocal about their needs and what they hope to get out of therapy.
I look forward to hearing from you!

For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate that many people see meaningful benefits from virtual care for these issues.
Online therapy also offers practical flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, making it easier to fit treatment into busy schedules and to choose the communication method that feels most comfortable.
These services are delivered by licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, virtual therapy provides an accessible, effective option to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
