Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings prospective client,
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have experience working in both inpatient medical and psychiatric settings. I have worked mainly with teens and adults of all ages. I have been working in this field and providing counseling for about seven years. I mainly use a strengths-based approach as I am a big believer in someone being able to recognize the strengths that they have. I also believe in the importance of healthy living, as the mind relies on the body for good health and vice versa. In addition, I have a sports medicine background with a focus on behavioral change and empowering clients to take a whole-body approach to their health. It is not easy to ask for help or recognize that you need help, so I value anyone who makes the decision to seek counseling. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully, we can accomplish great outcomes together.
All the best,
Jasmine
