Hi, there, and welcome to my bio page! First, let me commend you for taking the brave steps to reach out for support in this season of your life. Whether we work together or not, you are seeking a healthier and more abundant life, and I applaud you for that.
I am a licensed therapist in Georgia with 30 years of professional work experience. I’ve helped clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem and confidence, relationship issues, and coping with life changes. I have also provided professional coaching to people who wanted to change certain behaviors and mindsets and gain more vision for their present and future. I’m a big believer in becoming aware of and gradually shifting thought patterns and beliefs that impact actions and feelings, which leads to more joy and peace. I may ask questions and offer feedback and tips for reducing certain symptoms during our times together. Regardless of why you are seeking support and the goals you want to reach in therapy, we’ll collaborate to find the approach that is best for you.
I’m committed to creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored without fear of judgment. My previous clients have shared that they find me to be a warm, understanding, calm, and attentive. I’d be honored to walk with you along your path of self-discovery and healing. Thanks for learning a bit about me, and hopefully I’ll have an opportunity to learn about you. Take care!

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking support for these kinds of issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can meet with their therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a convenient, accessible way to engage in regular therapeutic work while maintaining continuity of care.
