Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
During my graduate years, I trained at a mental health facility in a variety of areas, helping adults, couples, teens, and families explore and work through habitual patterns or an unexpected crisis. They learned coping skills to be able to support themselves or their loved one’s through symptoms of mental health and sometimes addictions. The training provided me with the ability to truly focus in on what a client was trying to accomplish during therapy and help them to succeed in their goals. Having that as a foundation, my treatment style blends and implements research proven treatment modalities and interventions that are conducive to helping my clients develop the skill set to maintain long-lasting change.
I structure my counseling with the premise that the foundation of a good therapeutic relationship requires that the client feel comfortable and trust the therapist they choose in order to truly benefit from counseling. In turn the client is able to safely and confidently explore their issues which can help them identify their authentic self and to know their purpose in life.

During her graduate training, Lizelle Fischer worked at a mental health facility across a variety of areas, supporting adults, couples, teens, and families as they explored habitual patterns or responded to unexpected crises. She taught practical coping skills to help people support themselves or a loved one through symptoms of mental health concerns and, in some situations, addictions.
That clinical training helped her develop an ability to focus clearly on what each client is trying to achieve in therapy and to guide them toward reaching those goals. Her treatment approach blends research-proven modalities and targeted interventions intended to build the skills needed for lasting change.
Lizelle organizes counseling around the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship begins when a client feels comfortable and can trust their therapist, which allows them to gain the most benefit from counseling. When clients feel safe and confident, they can explore their concerns more deeply, which can support discovering their authentic self and clarifying life purpose. She is a Texas-licensed professional counselor (LPC #74135) with seven years of clinical experience and practices in Texas.
