Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am currently licensed in Michigan and Texas. When I meet a client for the first time, I try to make them feel comfortable. I am a Christian and if they wish to discuss religion then we can. I have post grad credits in Art Therapy plus a BFA. I offer to use art, specifically collage and drawing activities, to help client’s express their feelings, if they are wanting to try it. Art expression has been clinically proven to help process emotions when words are hard to find. I have many years of grief and loss training along with personal experience that includes pregnancy loss, pet loss, parental loss, and cancer.
I also use the therapeutic worksheets from Therapist Aide available on Betterhelp, to help clients learn coping skills for stress, anger, anxiety, depression and ADHD. Most clients have been grateful for being given the information sheets because it gives them something tangible that they can refer to if they forget what we talked about in our session. I will do my best to help you learn coping skills and relaxation techniques, that will help you along your life journey.

Donna Wolf Robichaud is a licensed professional counselor who practices in both Texas and Michigan and brings 22 years of clinical experience to her work. She focuses on creating a comfortable and welcoming first meeting so clients can begin at a pace that feels right for them. As a Christian, she is open to discussing faith when clients wish to include religion in their sessions.
With post-graduate credits in art therapy and a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Donna offers art-based options such as collage and drawing to help clients express emotions that may be difficult to put into words. She incorporates creative expression as a complementary tool because art can help people process feelings in ways that talking alone sometimes does not.
Donna has extensive training in grief and loss and also draws on personal experience with pregnancy loss, pet loss, parental loss, and cancer to inform her compassionate approach. She uses therapeutic worksheets from Therapist Aide available on Betterhelp to teach practical coping strategies for stress, anger, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Many clients appreciate receiving these tangible information sheets as reminders of skills discussed during sessions.
Her practice emphasizes learning coping skills and relaxation techniques to support clients through life changes and difficult moments. Donna aims to help each person build tools they can use beyond the therapy room.
